To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor. For years now I have felt the market moving away from protecting my interests and wholly serving the very large financial institutions that seem to be firmly in control. This proposal, should it pass, would mark a very large step towards hurting retail investors. We want more market transparency and less bad actors. Instead we get the opposite. I firmly ask that you deny SR-NSCC-2022-801 It gives market makers a completely unfair advantage and negates the risk of their shorting practices. Thank you for your time. We all know how much power these institutions have in this country. And we understand why we are seeing this proposed now. Please do the right thing and prevent further corruption. Ezra Neuman
