Good morning, I am reaching out, as are many stockholders, regarding the consideration of rule SR-NSCC-2022-801. I would like to express my distaste for this rule. The submission of similar rules have been withdrawn in two previous iterations. To submit it a third time is not only an attempt to ignore precedent but an insult to a system which is justifiabley working to hold bad actors accountable for their actions. This will not lead to transparency but will directly impact the legitimacy of the financial system for all stockholders. Please reject this rule as was done on two previous occasions.
