To whom it may concern, As a heavily invested and concerned retail investor, I believe not implementing this ruling would be mutually beneficial for the governing body and retail investors. I vote not to proceed with the proposed ideas behind SR-NACC-2022-801 and SR-NSCC-2022-003. This would negatively impact the markets and retail investors.
