Please Oppose. This rule has been brought forward before and will continue to be brought in the future. It’s glaringly obvious, to millions of retail investors, that this rule is solely in the benefit of market makers, institutional investors and hedge funds, exclusive to retail investors. This rule directly harms retail and would be astonishing if it were approved by the SEC, who is supposedly responsible for protecting the retail investor. Thank you.
