Good afternoon, As a foreign retail investor I am highly concerned by rule SR-NSCC-2022-801 that would effectively allow for FTDs (Failure To Deliver) to continue. I am totally against illegal naked shorting and abusive dark pool trade. This does not benefit investors. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter Brunno Kassaoka
