Hi, As an investor of the american market I'm feeling very frustrated as SR-NSCC-2022-801 is being proposed. How is this rule better for the retail investors? In my opinion this rule will only benefit market makers. If I'm wrong and it will be advantageous for retail please explain it to me. I just can't see how. So apparently it's not the first time this kind of rule has come up. Previously it was revoked. probably because it wasn't fair enough. Wonder why it's been proposed again.
