This rule is as immoral as Gary Gensler. If this rule is implemented then I will no longer invest in the American market and will pay no taxes to the IRS. This rule is to wash illegal hedge funds and government oversight from illegal market manipulation. It is unconstitutional and immoral. The SEC is a huge joke. Dave Wright Engineer
