To whom it may concern, Instead of fixing issues and dealing with them, I would recommend that rules not attempted to be continuously created in order to essentially put a band aid on problems to hide or ignore them to be addressed another day. The more things become complex, the more loopholes you are creating in order to fleece retail investors with legal gray areas with respect to obligations for bad or illegal bets in the first place.
