Regarding SR-NSCC-2022-801, or "Fire Sale Risk Mitigation". I strongly disagree with this proposed rule change. If an investor takes on themselves risk which they cannot supply collateral for then that mistake is on their part. The immediate detriment of the market for their incompetent and risky behavior is secondary to the harm that such entities would cause by not facing the consequences of their incompetence.
