Hello brothers and sisters of the SEC. Writing to you for the first time in my life because I have no idea what else to do. My trust in our governing bodies is at an all-time low and we desperately want change. This proposed rule "SR-NSCC-2022-801" allows for market makers to avoid responsibility and further control Wall Street. We need more transparency desperately and this proposal specifically works to further complicate our markets and keep retail investors in the dark.
