I vehemently oppose proposed rule SR–NSCC– 2022–801 for being extremely unfair to retail traders and courting even more corruption than already has its cancerous tentacles wrapped around the entire american financial industry. Rule SR–NSCC– 2022–801 should not be allowed to succeed by any means.
