Hello. I am a retail investor and I absolutely 100% DO NOT APPROVE of the implementation of the rule SR-NSCC-2022-801. It is well known by retail investors that the NSCC is aware of massive FTD's and Naked shorting. This is the basically the exact same rule as SR-NSCC-2022-801 that has been filed and denied twice.
