This is an absolute "no go" of a rule. Are you trying to drive retail out of the stock market? We're watching and we're not happy. We pay you to ensure that you keep us safe from predatory hedge funds, yet it just seems like all you do is turn a blind eye and help them get away with their crimes. Keep this up, and y'all won't have a market to regulate. I'll live the rest of my life, to ensure I tell everyone about our corrupt stock market.
