Dear Governor in agency and hopefully Gary Gensler I understand that this is the third time this rule change has been proposed by Wall Street and big corporations. As a retail investor I have been vocal about my disgust in using complexity to further make proper regulation impossible. I do hope you continue to stand up for what is right and stop this proposal from happening. Thank you for your previous vigilance in supporting retail investors and I hope you continue to do what is right and best for a transparent market. Sincerely Nicholas
