I am writing you with extreme concern that if this rule is implemented, then the integrity of the market is absolutely rigged against retail. This rule would cause major problems and even the collapse of our Nation market. I will call this decision nothing short of treason and the actual individuals that implement this rule be held accountable. I pray to God that someone at the SEC does the right thing.
