Hello, I am writing in to object to SR-NSCC-2022-801. This rule is not in favor of retail investor interests and should not be implemented. The risks from fire sales should not be mitigated if bad actors have taken advantage of the rules to bet against the interests of retail investors. This rule cannot pass. Thank you, A concerned party
