Hello SEC, I have seen you try and pass this bill 2 times already, with this being your third time. It amazes me that you try soo hard to pass bills that will inevitably dig us into a further/deeper hole. I am 100% AGAINST SR-NSCC-2022-801! These bills are constantly written to make laws easier for SHFs/MMs/etc to take advantage of situations to make themselves rich while making us foot the bill when they are wrong (and they are WRONG OFTEN) Please, reject the bill in question and come up with a better solution. Like, how about using the rules you already have in place to stop PFOF in its tracks? Or how about the rules you have that are not being used in anyway to COMBAT Dark Pool abusive tactics by the same SHFs and MMs?!?!?! Signed a VERY UPSET RETAIL INVESTOR! Matthew Riechmann
