Hello, I'm writing to voice my concern for over this rule. As a retail investor, I already feel wildly under protected from hedge funds and large investment firms taking advantage of the market. This rule would further the imbalance and be detrimental to retail investors. Please reconsider this rule. Thanks, Don Hahn
