Stop bailing out financial institutions. If an institution made a bad bet, then they need to pay up. If they must liquidate and dissolve, so be it. A more responsible company will come take their place, that is how capitalism works. If this rule is passed, faith in the US markets will evaporate. No foreign country will invest with us and US citizens will suffer. This rule does not help retail investors and only exists to help support institutions who have made reckless decisions.
