This law is a sham and cannot pass. This would be counterfeit and money laundering. There are billions of dollars in synthetic shares in our market. Retail is aware and has invested accordingly. You cannot allow the indefinite robbery from pensions, retirement funds and average American retail investors. The 1 percent appears to play with a different set of rules. Do not rob the poor to give to the rich.
