This filing is an absolute joke. I just dont understand how this can help the retail investors. Robbing millions of retail investors of their investments is not going to bode well for ANYONE. Id hate to see a public demonstration take place due to the fact that the SEC refuses to go after nefarious short sellers and those manipulating the market. I am in no way advocating for violence, but just curious, if this rule is in fact passed, me, along with MILLIONS of investors will leave the market entirely leaving your billionaires with nobody to play with, but themselves. I understand that the SEC could be under-funded and possibly even completely aware of these bad entities, but it is LITERALLY YOUR JOB TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I have files upon files of nefarious activity taking place. Please do the right thing
