This is absolutely terrible for the RETAIL market. It only helps handle an UNFAIR market to benefit those who control it. This is the exact opposite definition of a free market, which I thought the United States of America wanted to actually present. This would create a market to flee to the European Market. Please remove this, do the right thing for Retail.
