This proposal is nothing short of a joke and an insult to all retail Investors. A new set of rules proposed by those who want to play outside the boundaries with their own set of rules in their favor only. When ANYONE makes an investment decision, EVERYONE must pay to play. No special \"vehicle\" should exist where shares can be conjured from thin air and then use that \"vehicle\" to avoid paying the piper when things don't go your way.
