Obviously, anything that reduces transparency or helps participants avoid obligations sabotages a free and fair market. Seeing that this rule checks the boxes it should, once again, be withdrawn.

I understand that this rule is supposed to help increase stability in the markets, but at the cost of an insane amount of power to the very entities causing the instability.

They got themselves into their positions and they can get themselves out. That's how it is for retail and that's how it should be for every participant in a free and fair market.
