As a retail investor, I am against these proposed changes. Allowing entities a chance to face little to no repercussions for their bad behavior, or even their bad bets, while others do not have the same opportunities (simply because they don't have anywhere near the same capitol) is the very antithesis to a free market. If my investments turn sour, I cannot simply refuse to deliver. Every investor, big and small, should have the same opportunities and play by the same rules.
