While I admit I am not professionally skilled in the stock exchange and am not well versed in legalise, I am well versed in bullshit. Did you just say that fraudulent assholes who created counterfeit shares, sell it mutual funds, 401ks, union accounts, and other retail investors will not be required locate true, non fraudulent shares to pay it to citizens of the world who put their money and confidence in the United States financial system based on the trust our country has forged for nearly a century? Forget the French revolution style un mitigated fury you will unleash from everyone who is already in a state of slave wage and intense inflation while congress, who you do not have control over, permits the already wealthy to price gouge normal consumers, no foreign investor will never invest in the United States based companies and exchanges again. Your agency is supposed to be governing for the welfare of the markets and the citizens who trade on it, no matter their amount invested, not a mob owned casino that permits pay to play to launder money.
