Seriously? This rule is written to protect short sellers from their bad investments? Or more specifically, this rule is written to allow short sellers to cover in way that does not affect stock price? No one in retail benefits from this No one in retail would even be able to use this And it can be used to make retail unable to capitalize on shorts who decide to short good companies This is ridiculous. How can you even consider doing this to the American people.
