I am writing to you to demand the SEC rescind this proposal immediately as it is allowing counterparties that have extreme liabilities through naked shorting and FTD (failure to delivery) off the hook of their responsibilities. By doing this, we are continuing to erode the last remnants of what can be vaguely considered a free and fair market. This proposal must fail now.
