Hello SEC,
I am strongly opposing this filing as this is not in the interest of of individual investors like myself. The market needs to be fair as it was originally intended to be. Unfortunately there are people who try to game the system for their benefit and has hurt many individuals. Let the market be fair. Compete fairly.
Rules were created to create order. If someone fails to abide by it, we should not change the rule. they should be punished and not get away with small fines. Participation should be allowed only for those that fairly compete.
again, I strongly oppose this filing and kindly request it get removed.
