This proposed rule is a direct blow against not only retail investors, but the market at large. It allows further manipulation of company stock, price discovery, and fair practice compliance. While there are certain advantages to be had, it's very apparent this rule is nothing more than a vehicle for circumventing fair trading practices. I would be very apprehensive having my name associated with the passing of this rule.
