This is just allowing the wealthy and reckless to be more reckless.
If I make a bad bet I am forced to pay what I owe. Why is it not the same for everyone.
This is advantageous to only the elite and openly against retail.
I will be contacting my elected officials as well as talking about this on social media and in person in the hopes people realize you are trying to screw them to help out the rich.
