The SEC needs to listen to the public on 2022-801. This is a retooled version of 2021-010 which was already dismissed (twice) so I don't think you need me to explain my objections a 3rd time.
It does not serve the intrests of retail investors nor that of the greater population... and you all know the reasons why already Gensler has pretty much been saying you guys work for banks and senators pockets and that there is nothing you can do to stop it because \"your hands are tied.\" Well here is some more evidence of your beliefs in your own impotence. Please listen to us and stop this nonsense.
I am not a violent man myself, hence the comments and letters, but this seems the sort of stuff that excites violence once regular Joe/Jane finds out how much it has hurt them. I would like that avoided at all costs, but you guys certainly aren't helping anything by resubmitted the same potential washes a third time. It's like the SEC is almost trying to egg on class warfare.
