This proposed rule would only benefit market makers.
With the current negative sentiments towards investing as a retail invested. This is another negative rule that would significantly impact the number of people like myself trusting this supposedly free market.
The free market shouldnt be manipulated in any way, but right now I have no faith in it.
Please do your job and make them fairer for everyone.
