Im overwhelmingly compelled to object to this proposal given it almost certainly guarantees an unfair market, which favours some parties over others.
Allowing such brazen manipulation would erode any and all integrity left in the market, harming the majority of participants for the benefit of a select few.
In order for the market to be fair, debts must be settled, trades must fulfill on an open exchange and automatic penalties must be enforced for those that bend and break the rules.
This proposal flies in the face of everything we could ever be remotely proud of, and enforces the broken and discriminatory practices in place today.
