Please do not add further unnecessary complexity to the markets. market participants have already gamed the market through the existing complexity and meaningless fines have absolutely no effect on them. when will the SEC actually look out for someone besides goliath sized bad actors? Do not pass this rule or any other like it. When will you finally do the right thing?
