This rule seems like a life raft for the people in power who have been doing illegal things while destroying our country's economy all while taking money from the average American (retail). The people at fault should pay the price for once, not be given yet another \"get out of jail free\" card. The SEC is supposed to protect us. This does not protect us. For once let the \"elite\" deal with the consequences of their actions. It may hurt at 1st but this could try needs change. Clearly what is happening g is not working. Please I urge you to do what is right and what you are paid to do. Thank you.
