I am sending in comment to protect myself, and other retail investors. Anyone that short sells a stock, MUST deliver and legally CLOSE their short positions without failing to deliver As a retail investor in the US markets, I find it absolutely disappointing that this type of behaviour occurs to retail investors whom cannot protect themselves from the collustion within Wall Street insiders A retail investor would have to deliver money/shares to cover positions, so must anyone else or any financial institution. They markets must be fair and transparent
