Please stop giving financial criminals (hedge funds, market makers, huge banks, etc) more ways to manipulate stocks, and \"invest\" in derivatives. All they aim to do is short great American companies, with the help of criminal consulting companies, to kill them while making a profit. I'm tired of the SEC giving them more ways to ruin this nation and it's companies. Do not pass this.
