I do not feel this rule helps or improves market transparency and fairness. These organizations designed this system and now want to change it when it isn't working in their favor.
If I am responsible for the positions I choose to take then I feel these entities also need to follow existing rules.
Any rules that make it easier for structural members to operate without improving retail outcomes is unfair. Retail has had no rules changed to improve our visibility into market inner workings nor to help retail out of difficult positions.
