I don't agree with what this rule proposes, this means that big corporations can excessively naked short something and have a LOT less risk. (this is not a good thing) this rule is UNFAIR for retail investors and also UNFAIR for any corporation which is deemed unworthy by Market Makers (the people who would be using this rule to their advantage to help with their illegal practices)
