Im writing to object to the proposed rule changes herein. The market needs accountability, and the trust of investors to function properly. The proposed rule changes do nothing to promote honest dealing and responsible behavior, and instead promote backhanded trading. Rule changes, by the way, shouldnt be made because Wall Street needs a reprieve from the status quo.
