June 1, 2022 Hello all, Passed through all comments for NSCC-2021-003 rule. Didn't found even ONE comment that this rule should be passed. SEC, NSCC, DTCC who are you working for? Certainly not for the people but reach, greedy and scared to death 1%-ters. All of you should resign.
