Hello, I am a retail investor. It has come to my notice that this rule is being pushed (again!). Clearly, this is against the free market. You're just providing criminals more chances to find loopholes and loot the retail investors. I am strongly against this rule because it allows for dark pool-type abuse (which btw should be banned in the first place). I would request you to stop pushing such rules and side with the retail investors who have been looted and stolen from decades. Sincerely, Piyush Chawla
