I believe too many rules are being created by the SEC to assist big banks and hedge funds to unwind their over leveraged bad bets at the expense of retail traders. The SEC has a specific job that is not being Successfully executed. This rule is only beneficial to the people you are supposed to protect retail against. Youve allowed them to steal MORE than enough. Thanks.
