This email is response to horrendous and extremely irresponsible proposal of this new rule. This absolutely needs to be withdrawn. This in no way represents market equality for the retail investors and only servers to help out those bad actors who continue to destroy the market and are constantly rewarded for it. In the service of retail traders and a truly free and equal market, this proposal should immediately be withdrawn.
