Dear SEC,

I as a long time investor of the Stock Market, I oppose to this SR-NSCC-2022-003 proposed rule change. We need to preserve the market fairness and its integrity as the whole world of investors are watching. This ruling is clearly to protect institutions from its consequences of illegal activity in the stock market such as engagement in synthetic shares and naked short transactions. Shares of any stock at all times need to be accounted for and align with its corresponding supply and demand. And not just created synthetic shares out of thin air and naked shorting to ultimately vanish back into thin air. We need a fair and transparent market for all. Remember the eyes of the world are watching and the market needs to be a fair game for all its players, no matter how small or how large.

Thank You,
