Dear sir/ madam I live in the uk and have been a holder of amc for well over a year now. Now I’m not the most switched on when it comes to rules and regulations but I feel I must have my say. How on earth can you pass this totally absurd rule????? You are basically saying that’s it ok for all the market manipulation to carry on and protect the rich !!!!!!!!! How about you sort out all the illegal dark pools, naked short selling and a host of other corruptions that carry on daily within the stock exchange ????????? So you are saying that’s ok but we must protect the hedge funds in case they have to cover ?????? What a load of crap. How about you protect the average hard working individual who has put their hard earned cash into companies that could and should be trading at much higher rates but can’t due to hedge funds shifting the crap out of companies So I say no to this new rule Thank you for your time Scott Johnston Sent from my iPhone
