To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor, my first reading of this new rule is terrifying. It does not seem to be in the interest of retail investors at all. It seems to protect market makers and hedge funds who have made bad bets. Unless the government plans to bail out retail investors who make bad bets, this can’t stand. Either way, 15 days is not enough time for retail investors to read and understand this new proposal. We need more time as we don’t have legal teams to figure this out. Please extend the comment period to at least 30 days. Thank you Leah
