Dear SEC, I, as a retail investor, am completely opposed to this proposal and demand it be withdrawn. What markets need is more transparency, more accountability, and less rulings that benefit large players who have repeatedly proven they will use all means available to obfuscate, profit from others losses, and be bailed out upon their gambles failing. Faith in the markets, and the value of the US dollar will crumble if rules like this are passed which will lead to greater market manipulation. Please protect the citizenry, not the 1%.
