Good morning, I do not support SR-NSCC-2022-003. Failure to delivers(FTDs) are a HUGE problem and this proposal would make it worse. FTDs should be closed on a lit exchange. Address this problem at the root rather than creating another rule to obscure the problem. Thank you, Scott Robison
